Currency Exchange @ Airport Main Terminal charges a huge fee and 20% off the posted exchange rate.
Didn't have much luck with the exchange at the Warsaw Central train station either. Stepping down to the platform/track, the exchange rate was a lot more attractive.

American credit cards may not work on most of newer European ATM machines. The newer credit card with embedded "smart card chip" is required to be accepted.
USAA - and other banks - owners need to call in to allow foreign ATM withdraws.
